ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Victoria.
I am a worship leader, ministry student, and follower of Jesus with a passion for helping people encounter God through worship. For the past several years, I have served in a variety of ministry roles, including worship leadership, production, student ministry, children's ministry, and church operations. Through each season, God has continued to grow my love for the local church and my desire to serve His people.
In August 2026, I will begin the Worship Residency at Church of Eleven22 in Jacksonville, Florida. This two-year program is designed to develop leaders through hands-on ministry experience, discipleship, theological training, and practical worship leadership. During the residency, I will have the opportunity to serve alongside experienced ministry leaders while growing in my calling to lead others in authentic worship and make disciples.
My prayer is that God would use this season to shape me into a humble, faithful leader who helps people know and follow Jesus. Whether on a platform, behind the scenes, or in everyday conversations, my desire is to point people to Him.
The gospel is the foundation of everything I do. We are all sinners in need of a Savior, unable to earn God's favor on our own. Yet God, in His great love, sent His Son Jesus Christ to live the life we could never live, die the death we deserved, and rise again victorious over sin and death. Through faith in Jesus, we are forgiven, made new, and invited into a relationship with God. That good news has changed my life, and it is the message I hope to share wherever God leads me.
FINANCIAL PARTNERSHIP
One of the most humbling parts of stepping into this residency has been trusting God to provide the financial support needed to serve full-time in ministry. As a resident, I am responsible for raising my own support through a team of faithful ministry partners who believe in what God is doing through this opportunity.
My goal is to build a team of 40 families or individuals who will partner with me at $100 or more per month throughout my two-year residency. These monthly gifts help provide the practical support needed for me to serve, train, and grow as a worship leader. Partnership helps cover expenses such as housing, transportation, ministry training, educational resources, and the day-to-day living costs that allow me to fully invest in the residency and the people God has called me to serve.
When you give, you are not simply supporting me—you are investing in the work God is doing through this season. Your partnership helps create opportunities for discipleship, worship ministry, leadership development, and sharing the hope of the gospel with others.
